Our products may include ebooks, printable worksheets, guides, videos, and other digital resources. These are digital products, not physical items.
Refund Policy
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded electronically, completed orders are generally not eligible for a refund once the product has been delivered or downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved under the exceptions below.
Exceptions
Please contact us if you experience any of the issues below.
If you do not receive your product within 14 days of purchase, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. The expected processing time is 7–10 business days, subject to the payment provider and banking process.
- You completed your payment but did not receive your product.
- Your download link does not work.
- The delivered files are damaged or inaccessible.
- You experience another genuine problem with your order.
Order Cancellation
Digital orders may begin processing immediately after payment.
Cancellation requests are generally not accepted once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law or approved by us.
